Michael has over 20 years of experience as a residential real estate professional spanning construction, consultation, sales, and investing in Chicagoland.  He has a proven track record, and is deeply egage with the full lifecycle of the real estate market:  from owning rental buildings in under developed neighborhoods and managing them , to helping clients with their rental responsibilities, to building residential new construction developments and renovation single family homes and 2-3 flats; to helping people sell or buy their dream homes.
